1. Acceptance

2. Service Description

Rancho El Granero Lodge & Outfitters provides guided sport hunting experiences in Chihuahua, México. Information on this site is for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding contract until a formal booking agreement is signed.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms. You are responsible for ensuring you meet all legal requirements for sport hunting in Mexico, including valid permits, firearm import paperwork, and travel documentation.

4. Booking, Deposits & Cancellation

A 50% deposit is required to confirm hunt dates. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Balance is due on arrival. Minimum group size is 5 hunters per package.

5. Assumption of Risk

Hunting and travel to/from camp involve inherent risks. By booking with Rancho El Granero Lodge & Outfitters you acknowledge and accept these risks. Detailed liability waivers are provided as part of the booking process.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rancho El Granero Lodge & Outfitters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or participation in hunts beyond what is covered in the signed booking agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, photography, and materials on this site are the property of Rancho El Granero Lodge & Outfitters. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of México.
